Discuss EQ 1. Commit to future meeting dates.
Meeting 2: Wed., Oct. 3
Come up with a plan to collect data for EQs 2 and 3. Assign data collection roles. Collect data for EQs 2 and 3.
Meeting 3:
Discuss EQs 2 and 3. Begin drafting EQ 4.
Meeting 4:
Finish drafting and revising EQ 4. Collect feedback from staff and students on draft rules.
Meeting 5:
Come up with a plan to address EQ 5. Assign outreach roles. Begin developing outreach materials.
Meeting 6:
Finish developing outreach materials to address EQ 5. Implement plan to address EQ 5.
